Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will happily accept returns on items if unopened and not damaged. If the item is personalised refunds will not be offered, if you have made a mistake with spelling or details on personalised items please reach out via email ASAP and we will attempt to rectify this before production. 

Return postage is at the responsibility of the buyer.
